Same day, in home, set ups- there are more and more companies that will hold orders until there are several in the same geographic area. Also, it is not uncommon for patients to recieve their equipment by mail with no education at all.
Oxygen patient visits- Riverside Medical makes in home visits to each of its oxygen patients every 90 days. At the visits, we analyze our oxygen concentrators and ensure they are operating at optimal performance.

Compliance Information
CPAP and BiPAP compliance is the primary goal of physicians, DME's, and insurance companies. That is why Riverside Medical has created a state of the art compliance program that has higher than national average success. The program was designed using data based evidence that has proved to far exceed the minimum requirments put in place by insurance companies, and allows providers to stay more informed than ever before. This program involves mutliple re-education home visits, multiple complicance downloads, overnight pulse oximetery, and unlimited mask fittings. Moreover, we include wireless and wired modems on a large part of our machines during the compliance phase (first 90 days). This allows the therapist and providers (who are signed up with Encore) to see updated compliance data on a regular basis without ever disrupting the patients normal routine. Another factor that makes Riverside's PAP compliance program unique is the sequence of events during the program and the relationship built between the patient and their respiratory therapist.

As another part of our overall mission, Riverside Medical uses Encore for all of our PAP patients. Encore allows you, the provider, to see the patients progress as it happens.
About Encore
Encore is a web based software, owned by Philips Respironics, designed for CPAP/BiPAP patient management. Riverside Medical encourages its providers to become a part of Encore. Here, you can see documentation from the therapist, compliance reports, masks fitted, and current prescription settings. Furthermore, you can make notes to the therapist or simply use it for documentation. You are encouraged to visit www.encoreanywhere.com for more information.

Riverside Medical accecpts most insurances. We are constantly negotiating with insurance companies in an effort to be an ever growing in network provider. We have identified a few of the insurances we accept below, however, with insurance guidlines changing often, it is suggested you call and verify network status.
